The Black Authors Matter Children’s Book Box (sponsored by the National Black Book Festival) is a monthly subscription service where parents, guardians, relatives, and educators can conveniently obtain books. Each month, subscribers may select from among award-winning or award-finalist African-American books reviewed and approved by a panel of book industry professionals.
Unlike other subscription services that send you books and products sight unseen, as a subscriber you will receive a monthly digital circular from which to choose children’s books based on age and/or reading level. In alternate months, either paperbacks or hardcover books will be available.
